hey braxton i can offer you to do the WODs at my home but i live several km north of FFM. i do them in my cellar and have pretty much everything there besids a C2 rowing machine and a PU bar which i brock recently. i now have to improvise to do the PU mostly i go for rings on a tree. rowing is not that of a problem as it is easy to subsitute.

hm.. i´m thinking about to start climbing...

but at the moment it´s not possible. Bad knee injurie :(

I usually climb in Arizona, but I've climbed around Germany. I'm looking for someone who can climb on weekdays.

@ ExtremeFit: Thanks for the offer, but I'm looking for something in FFM, as I am in Nordend and do not have a car. I'm also looking for rock climbing partners this summer. Do any of you climb?

Where do people who do CrossFit in Frankfurt do it? I end up doing workouts in my apartment, which is less than ideal, as I don't have things like kettlebells.

I still don´t know of a CrossFit loaction in FFM. I have spoken to several "Fitness Club" owners/managers here and 1. either they don´t get it or 2. it threatens there way of life.

ich bin in FFM bis ende-August, und ich moechte Crossfit ohne Fitnessclub machen!
